About Studio Incline

Studio Incline is a creative strategy, marketing, and consulting studio based in the mountains of Utah. Our growing remote team works from where they are the most productive and inspired to deliver their best work for global clients in the outdoor, nonprofit, tech, climate and startup spaces. We craft strategies that yield tangible results, establish and enhance brands, and design creative and content for select clients around the world.

We offer part to full time, fully remote, ongoing contracted positions. We start all positions as 1099 contractors with the possibility of full-time employment and bonuses based on client satisfaction and studio profitability.

What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a talented graphic designer who is self-motivated, focused on quality and detail, and can work on various client projects. Our dream designers can own the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics, including illustrations, layouts, mockups, and photo editing, while laughing when the client unexpectedly asks for a last-minute change in scope or shifting due dates (as they always do). You will shape the visual aspects of websites, magazines, product packaging, clothing application design, corporate communications, exhibitions, etc.

Your work should capture the attention of those who see it and communicate its strategic message to a targeted audience. For this, you must have a balance of creative style and an ability to translate requirements and client brand standards into solid design deliverables. You understand modern web image requirements and the difference between work delivered for print or web use.

We work with clients in the tech and startup space as well as in the outdoor and cycling industries. Being well versed in the outdoor world and familiar with cycling brands, and trends, clothing design trends, and having an eye on what’s next in the cycling world will definitely give you an edge.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative director on various projects, offering a valuable opportunity to develop your design skills and capabilities further. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with client-specific teams of marketers, developers, and copywriters, building the foundation for advancement to higher-level positions. If you are a strong communicator, organized, and work methodically as part of a remote team, we’d love to meet you.
