In the middling hours of the night when I am half asleep and half perseverating on the stresses of the next day and the successes of the previous day, I occasionally find my brain running down a ramp of it’s own choosing. Pounding this into my phone (quietly, in the dark) usually helps me to fall back asleep, so I started thinking sharing these might further help the old brain relax.
